Shipping Policy
BuyTCM ships orders worldwide. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local jurisdiction. BuyTCM is not liable for delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.
Return Policy
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We recommend that you take an unboxing video when opening your package to document its condition, as this can help facilitate the return process if needed.
Exchanges are not currently offered. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Step 1: Check Eligibility for a Return
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return Request
- Always remember to record an unboxing video as part of your return claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the item(s) with any discrepancies or damage.
- Ensure you have your order number and proof of purchase.
Step 3: Submit Your Return Request
- Visit Returns page and fill out the return form.
- Upload your unboxing video and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of damaged or incorrect items).
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 4: Ship the Item(s) Back
- Package the item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include your RMA number in the shipment.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA approval email. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Replacement
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Returns that do not meet the criteria above may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Refunds
Your request will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected or once your refund claim has been approved.
